At Book Fanar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Book Fanar account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
